Lifeline (Inishowen) offers practical, trauma-informed training programmes and community support across Inishowen. Alongside counselling, we run structured programmes both in our centre and out in the community, making support accessible where people need it most.

How to provide reassurance and support
How to connect individuals with appropriate services
Our Current Programmes
"In Her Shoes" is an interactive workshop that usually runs for 4–6 hours. It helps people understand the challenges faced by those affected by domestic abuse. Participants are given a role and go through real-life story cards. They make choices about safety and see the barriers people face. The session ends with a guided discussion and reflection.
This workshop aims to:
Dispel common myths about domestic abuse and why people stay
Help participants understand the emotional and practical impact of abuse
Identify ways to provide better support and prevent violence
